A Brooklyn plumber named Mario travels through the Mushroom Kingdom with a princess named Peach and an anthropomorphic mushroom named Toad to find Mario's brother, Luigi, and to save the world from a ruthless fire-breathing Koopa named Bowser.

After being fired from his job, Los Angeles slacker and punk rocker Otto (Emilio Estevez) lands a gig working for an eccentric repossession agent named Bud (Harry Dean Stanton). At first, Otto is reluctant to work as a repo man, but he grows to love the fast-paced job.

The film, which will incorporate documentary, archival and scripted elements, will recount Fox's extraordinary story in his own words -- the improbable tale of an undersized kid from a Canadian army base who rose to the heights of stardom in 1980s Hollywood.
