We are teaming up with the Hamilton Public Library to present The Public, a funny and poignant drama about a group of homeless people who refuse to leave their public library. Entertaining and impactful, it stars Emilio Estevez (also the writer-director), Alec Baldwin and Christian Slater and it's playing for only 3 shows. Another movie featuring the occupying of an institution is Stockholm, starring Ethan Hawke & Noomi Rapace as a bank robber and teller (respectively). Based on the true story (that inspired the term 'Stockholm Syndrome'), Stockholm also was filmed partly in Hamilton.
