This week at the Playhouse is predominantly British, starting with the Hamilton premiere of Red Joan, starring Dame Judi Dench in the extraordinary true story of one of the most influential spies in living history. We can't talk about Fight Club. Sunday will be a fun day with Deconstructing the Beatles (Side One of Abbey Road) followed later in the evening with one of the best rock films of all time, The Who's Quadrophenia (tied in with the some significant anniversaries, which is why you will definitely want to mark the occasion!) The British theme continues with Monty Python's Life of Brian ("he's not the Messiah! He's a very naughty boy!") We have a few more screenings of Us and we finish up with a free screening of an Oscar-winning documentary, presented by the United Way Halton & Hamilton.
