We have teamed up once again with Blue Ice Docs (who brought us The Booksellers) to present This is Not a Movie. It's a thrilling documentary from the director of 'Up the Yangtze,' which looks at the groundbreaking and often game-changing reporting of legendary war-correspondent and writer, Robert Fisk. We're bringing back Popcorn Pop-Up Pick-Up! This Friday and Saturday between 4pm and 8pm, the Playhouse will be open ─curb-side─ for take-out concessions! ALL CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE, including Playhouse Merchandise, beer and posters.
What was your favourite film of the last 12 months? We probably have the poster! You can request it on the pre-ordering form [2].
Our 'take-out window' will be at the front door with one staff member handling orders at one table, and another staff member delivering them to you at another table.
At this curb-side service, please feel safe knowing that we are committed to taking every precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the virus. We will be practicing physical distancing and ask that you follow all public health guidelines along with us, including remaining at least two meters apart (if there is a queue).
