We wish our doors could be open. But they aren't.
In a normal year, a cinema like the Princess would be open 363 days of the year. This year? We were open for 190 days in total. It's been hard, it's been challenging and it hasn't been the year we thought it would be... but who can't say that after a year like this, right?
All we can really say is thank you. Thank you for coming to the cinema in January & February before 'lockdown' began and our world was turned upside down. Thank you for supporting us by buying spring gift packs in April & May. Thank you for returning to the Princess in July for a much-needed escape to the cinema. Thanks for Christmas shopping with us when we were forced to close down again in November.

We hope 2021 will bring new films, stories and perspectives into your life.

There are a lot of ways to support the Princess heading into 2021 and one of those ways is by sponsoring a seat at the Twin or Original! [1] For $250, we'll put your name or dedication on a brass plaque, which we'll affix to a seat of your choice. The funds raised through this initiative will help us through the challenges faced because of COVID-19, and best of all, will go toward new and improved seating at the cinemas!
We can accept e-transfers and cheques, as well. Email johntutt@princesscinemas to sponsor a seat.

If you haven't had a chance to yet, take the time to check out our biggest poster sale, ever! [1] The posters that are active now on the auction site are only there for a few more days! After that, a new lot of posters will be activated January 3rd! It's a fun way to get some cool movie memorabilia, beautify your space and help us raise funds while you're at it!
Need movie snacks? Popcorn Pick Up returns to the Twin this Friday and Saturday, from 4-7pm! Same days and times moving forward as well.
