If you've ever pulled into Nazareth, and felt 'bout half past dead, well... this documentary is for you! Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertston & The Band opened the Toronto International Film Festival this year and now the Princess is getting the film's EXCLUSIVE Premiere! Catch it as it opens this Friday at the Original, 7pm! Continues all weekend long and into next week! 

There are so many reasons to check out the new documentary, Aquarela at the Original, including the film's score! Finnish symphonic metal band, Apocalyptica takes care of the music while director Viktor Kossakovsky takes movie-goers through amazing images of the raw power of water. Opening screening 910pm Friday at the Original continues all weekend!

We've brought the new Ram Dass documentary, Becoming Nobody, to the Twin this weekend for two shows only. If meditation, mindfulness and spirituality is your thing, it's a must see with many thoughtful lessons delivered by the man who became famous for 'Be Here Now'. A few special event screenings are happening at the Twin next week as well. On Saturday, A Culture Days Special Presentation. FREE. PHOTOPHAGIA: The Secret Life of Plants! It will be shown without the picture and described by gardeners. Super Cool! 

Plus, do not forget to get your tickets to this year's Surprise Movie Night Duo! It's kicking-off this coming Thursday, 7pm at the Twin with proceeds going back towards KW Counselling! This year’s films have not yet been released in cinemas and are currently screening for film industry professionals at major film festivals around the world. Zak, played by Zack Gottsagen who has Down syndrome, lives in a retirement community where Eleanor (Dakota Johnson) works and cares for him. Most of his days are spent watching an old wrestling video about his hero, Salt Water Redneck (Thomas Haden Church).

Oct. 1, 7:00pm - Twin. Seven survivors tell their own stories about trauma in this poignant documentary. Presented by WLU Faculty of Social Work and Finscot Films.

Filmmaker Duncan Finnigan and researcher Dr. Helen Ramirez have created a gentle piece held together by seven people threading the stories of their lives when caught in the nets of systemic violence and repression.
These are sorting stories that speak of truths and make demands for change but mostly are focused on guiding others out of their waters of trauma.
