Explorer Adam Shoalts returns to tell us about his latest adventure and newest book: an epic 3,400 kilometre solo canoe journey from Long Point, Lake Erie, to the Arctic coast of Ungava Bay.

The journey spanned three months and took Shoalts through Great Lakes storms, around hydroelectric dams and busy shipping lanes, and finally to remote northern wilderness where polar bears and caribou roam.
