FILMS SHOWING Friday December 29 to Thursday January 4

We sell advance tickets online for all our films!

We hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas break with plenty of time for relaxing with friends and family. Now it's time to get out of the house and over to Uptown (which --did we tell you?--is FULLY open with brand-spanking new sidewalks.) We have lots of reasons for you to visit: Gary Oldman's knock-out performance as Winston Churchill is one, but we also think DARKEST HOUR is a great film for multi-generational famillies, so we have ADDED screenings of it (look added shows at the Twin). THE SHAPE OF WATER fulfills all our notions of why film is the most magical, alchemical art, and we think it's Guillermo del Toro's best film yet. If you haven't seen LADY BIRD or THREE BILLBOARDS, do it!... both are sure to be represented at the Oscars (as are all the movies we're showing right now). Even The Disaster Artist has Oscar buzz around James Franco's hilarious depiction of Tommy Wiseau. It really is a must-see, even if you have never seen, nor have any desire to see The Room.

Happy New Year to you all! We will be open on New Year's Eve if you want to ring in the New Year with a great movie, and we will be open all day on New Year's Day, too. Bring a friend, bring the family... we've got debit (at the Twin). It's a Christmas miracle!

Tommy Wiseau’s debut (and only) feature THE ROOM [playing Jan 10 & 18] - a would-be epic about love, betrayal, and a room - has become a bona fide cult cinema icon in the decade since its release, playing midnight shows regularly around the world. Its fans adore it in ways not seen since THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW.
